2.1. Orders placed on the przedZaraz.pl website will be processed no later than 10 days from the order date.
2.2. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal takes place in accordance with applicable law. Valid for 14 days.
2.3. The order processing time is a maximum of 10 days from the date of placing the order.

VI. Complaints
Digital product complaints
- The customer has the right to submit complaints regarding the purchased digital product in the event of technical defects, compliance with the description or other non-compliance with the purchase contract.
- Complaints about digital products should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address wolfit777@gmail.com within 14 days of discovering the defect or non-compliance.
- When filing a complaint, please provide the Customer's identifying data and describe the problem or product defect in detail.
- After receiving the complaint, the Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 30 days from the date of submission.
- In the event of justified complaints, the Seller will take corrective actions or propose another solution in accordance with applicable law.
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the product defect is not removed in due time or if repair is impossible.
- If new software or a digital file is made available as part of a complaint, the Customer undertakes to delete the previously made available product from any media on which it was saved.
- Consideration of the complaint does not release the Customer from the obligation to pay the price for the purchased digital products, unless the contract is terminated in accordance with the provisions of the regulations.
- The customer has the right to claim warranty rights for defects in the digital product in accordance with applicable law.
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant acts shall apply.
VII. Final provisions
7.1. The regulations of the przedZaraz.pl website enter into force on [the date of entry into force of the regulations] and are valid for all users of the service.
